She partners with mission-driven organizations to navigate complex challenges and build models for sustainable impact. A trusted advisor to leaders and teams, she’s also deeply engaged in service as a board member and active volunteer in her kids’ schools.

Thi is a strategic operator with over a decade of experience in management consulting and startups. As Chief of Staff at The Collective Good, she leads organizational strategy, business development, and operational execution to drive growth and deliver impactful solutions for mission-driven organizations. In addition to her professional work, Thi is passionate about women's empowerment, regularly hosting women’s circles and retreats.

Charis Seiver has more than 20 years of experience in the business and finance world. She prides herself in her entrepreneurial accomplishments, as well as the positions she has held in both operations management and finance over the years. Charis is also an artist, an organizational specialist, and a Mother of two.

Ted is a marketing strategist dedicated to amplifying the voices of mission-driven organizations. At The Collective Good, he shapes messaging that cuts through the noise, ensuring complex social impact work is clear, compelling, and actionable. With a background spanning content strategy, brand positioning, and storytelling, he crafts narratives that inspire engagement and drive change. Outside of work you can catch him on walks, with friends or traveling.
