Eric joins The Collective Good after graduating with a focus on research, strategy, and the systems that shape social impact. He brings a context-first mindset to every engagement, drawing from a multidisciplinary background to unpack complexity and surface what is possible. He grew up in the Pacific Northwest, loves a long hike, and once heard Kermit the Frog deliver a graduation speech.
Jesse Mullins majors in Ethics, Politics, and Economics at Yale University. He is passionate about direct service, which has led him to serve as the finance director and co-president for Urban Improvement Corps — which offers tutoring and college preparatory classes to students throughout the New Haven community — and as treasurer of the NAACP chapter at Yale. He also mentored first-year students on campus as a peer liaison for the Afro-American Cultural Center. Jesse’s hometown is Hershey, Pennsylvania.
